Lowe Build were tasked with resolving the damp issues that had brought the vaults into serious disrepair and to bring them back to life with new finishes throughout.

The internal refurbishment included the installation of a new waterproofing system to the basement, 20,000m2 of new ceilings, flooring, new door sets, joinery and decoration to 261 bedrooms.
