Richard commenced his career working for his family's main contracting and development business. Following a period of working abroad, he continued his career working for major main contractors in London. Prior to founding the Lowe Group Richard was a senior manager for an international contractor managing their healthcare and education projects nationwide.
Richard has an unrivaled passion for continual improvement to both construction techniques and processes and is a firm believer that the industry needs to embrace Modern Methods of Construction to ensure continued delivery of high quality, cost effective projects in ever-decreasing programme times.
Matt has worked in the SIPs industry for nearly fifteen years completing over 500 homes in this period. He has worked on a complete range of SIP projects including large commercial and educational projects, for main contractors, end users and self-builders.
Matt shares the Lowe Group’s passion for high quality and reliable delivery, these two elements are fundamental to the ethos of the Group and central in achieving the levels of customer satisfaction we expect and demand of ourselves.
Arthur has extensive site and workshop experience, working on various bespoke and large development projects throughout his time with Lowe Build. Arthur is another one subscribing to the 'measure twice, cut once' mentality, working to a right first time approach both during manufacture and installation.
He prides himself on his organisational skills and can-do mentality to ensure all projects are accurately manufactured and delivered on schedule.
